I've written One Acts, Full Length Plays, Plays for Teenagers, Plays for
Children and even Plays for Zombies!

"In Defense of Better Days"
Full length production. 3 acts. 5 males, 3 females.
Synopsis: “We found out that an asteroid would hit the Earth in seven years. It
took less than six months for all of civilization to fall into total chaos. Now
here we are, seven years later and one week until doomsday. Sally and Randal
Dandrew have survived in their small country home in the crazy hope that their
children would make it back to be reunited with them, one last time. Then the
front door opens and the play begins.” The play is the story of a family
reunited in the midst of great hardship and challenge. An engaging and original
story about survival, hope and most of all, the power of love.

"Crushing Grain"
Full length production. 5 to 10 actors (flexible casting)
Synopsis: Welcome the new patient to the psychiatric ward of a decaying hospital
in the Soviet Union. . . Is he a spy? Is he mad? Is he a victim? Is he all of
the above? In less than five years, he will make history: one way or another. .
. an engaging and thought provoking dark journey into the turbulent life of a
so-called "lone gunman."

"A Head in the Globe"
Full length production. 3 acts. 6 males, 3 females.
Synopsis: A lighting designer and single parent, Tom has his hands full. But
when a terrible secret from his past returns to haunt him, he turns to the one
thing that has never ever let him down: a Halloween decoration of a disembodied
head floating in a globe. What is the head in the globe? A thought provoking and
engaging story about redemption and forgiveness.
Workshop and Staged Reading: October 22nd, 2008, MET Theatre at the Blue Room,
Southside at Lamar in Dallas.
"Hecate Hill"
one act (currently available from Playscripts) 3 males, 3 females.
Synopsis: A group of cycling friends meet up for a reunion (and Bigfoot hunt) in
a remote cabin in Southern Oklahoma. At the same time, not too far away, a group
of hunters do the impossible and kill one of the creatures. Suddenly, not only
does the world find out that the creatures really do exist, but they don't take
kindly to one of their own being killed. An electromagnetic pulse shuts down the
power all over the world as our world is invaded by armies of angry creatures.
Meanwhile, out in the dark woods, a few friends fight to survive the night.
Welcome back to the bottom of the food chain. But is it really happening? Will
the friends survive to find out the truth about Hecate Hill?

"Abide In Shadow"
Full length production, 2 males, 2 females.
Synopsis: Edgy. Disturbing. Funny. Sad. Scary. Challenging. Examine four
separate lives connected by a burning thread. Regret. Journey into their mental
prisons. Is it a comedy or a tragedy? Is it both? Can they move beyond the
shadow? Or are they content to exist in the darkness? Is that light at the end
of the tunnel? Or an oncoming train? Welcome to a command performance of a few
tortured souls waiting out eternity somewhere very dark.

"Decomposing Theater"
full length production. Three Acts. 3 men, 6 women and plenty of additional
ZOMBIE roles.
Synopsis: Zombies have taken over the planet. There are three people left alive.
The key to their survival is entertaining the Dead in the Decomposing Theater.
But how long can they continue the play? How long before the Zombie hunger can
no longer be contained? What happens when our survivors find another living
soul? And how long before the Zombies break the fourth wall? This exciting play,
featuring an army of zombies in the actual theater audience was originally
produced and conceived during the One Day Only Play Festival in Plano, Texas. A
short, 25 minute version of the production was premiered in April of 2006 to
some fantastic audience response!

"The White Rock Lake Disturbance"
one act (currently available from Next Gen Publications) 3 males, 3 females.
Synopsis: That which cannot be forgotten. . .Six old friends get together
for an urban legend/ghost hunt at an old abandoned cabin on the banks of a long,
forgotten, unvisited lake. Before long it becomes clear that there are certain
memories buried in that dark mud that refuse to die. One by one, the friends
become entangled in a centuries old mystery and their only chance for survival
is to face the sinister, shambling thing that lurks in the murky depths of White
Rock Lake. But is any of this really happening?

The Floral Syndicate Trilogy (consists of three independent one
act productions):
"time/shared"
One act (Part One of the Trilogy). 2 females, 4 males.
Synopsis: What if there was an almost perfect way to escape the problems of your
life and start over? Completely over? On a vacation in Mexico to try and save
his broken marriage and get his life back on track, Drake Stratford discovers a
secret group of people who have found a way to "hit the delete" button on their
troubled lives. But what is the price of walking away from a out of control
mortgage, an insurmountable debt and a troubled marriage? Sometimes in order to
share a life, you have to take it.

"Snakes in the Grass"
One act (Part Two of the Trilogy). 3 females, 5 males.
Synopsis: 5 strangers find themselves trapped in a dead hotel off season on an
abandoned boardwalk in Hampton Beach. Their one and only connection? They all
played together in the second grade. Twenty years ago. A game called "Snakes In
The Grass." Now they are being forced to play the game again. With much higher
consequences. Can they put the pieces together before they all become snakes?
Welcome to "Snakes In The Grass." A fast paced, intense twist on the mystery
tale.

"Purgatorium"
Full length production. 6 males, 4 females.
Synopsis: Our play takes place in New Orleans, in the aftermath of Hurricane
Katrina. Maria survives the horrific storms and a deadly flood, only to find
herself homeless and jobless. She travels to Fort Worth, Texas for shelter and
work, like many of her Louisiana brothers and sisters, but what she finds when
she arrives might be more devastating than the hurricane she barely escaped. She
is haunted by night terrors, pursued by devious shadows and drawn inexorably to
the abandoned carnival. Slowly but surely, Mary is losing her grasp on reality
and moving into a world of shadows. Is Purgatory real? Did Mary really survive
the flood at all? What waits for her?
"Lewis & Clark Versus Dracula"
a melodrama in 3 acts! 3 females, 5 males, extra roles flexible.
Synopsis: In 1803 Captains Lewis and Clark head off on a great historic voyage
of discovery! But the TRUE story of their TOP SECRET mission has never been
revealed UNTIL NOW! Find out what REALLY HAPPENED on the Corps of Discovery's
famous journey and what it has to do with a certain UNDEAD VAMPIRE LORD! We are
talking a supporting cast featuring the Bird Woman, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Robert
Fulton, Noah Webster, Napoleon, Thomas Jefferson, the Phantom of the Opera, the
Headless Horseman and VAMPIRE PRAIRIE DOGS!!!! What more could you ask for in a

Synopsis: A fun twist on the classic story! Goldilocks and her first mate
Scrapefoot hit the high seas in search of the treasure of the mysterious Three
Bear Island. Can they outwit the dreaded Pirate Pogo and discover the truth
about the Three Bears? A fast paced story about peer pressure!
"Mary Had A School House Band!"***
One act interactive Children's Show. 6 to 16 actors (flexible roles)
Synopsis: Mary and her little lamb Sheepers decide to enter the Big Band Contest
against the very famous Bo Peep and her amazing Sheep. A fun and engaging show
about the value of teamwork!
"The Littlest Viking!"***
One act interactive Children's Show. 6 to 16 actors (flexible roles)
Synopsis: Little Nyborg is the smallest Viking in his village, but he has a very
big heart. When his father and the crew of the Viking Ship are in trouble,
Nyborg must save the day! A fun and action packed story all about Perseverance
and never judging a book by its cover!
"Bo Peep & The Lost & Found"***
One act interactive Children's Show. 6 to 16 actors (flexible roles)
Synopsis: Bo Peep has lost her sheep; like all lost things, they have become a
part of a growing monster called the Lost N Found. Can Bo Peep solve the mystery
of the monster and save her sheep? A great lesson about responsibility!
"Red Riding Hood & The Big White Lie" ***
One act interactive Children's Show. 6 to 16 actors (flexible roles)
Synopsis: Red Riding Hood, Grandma and the Wolf are on a great adventure –
trying to stop a dangerous white lie from destroying Fairy Tale Town! Can they
stop the lie in time? A great lesson on the consequences of lies and the
importance of telling the truth!
