In this Agatha Christie classic, eight strangers have been ferried over rough seas to a lonely island off the coast of Britain, where they have all been invited to spend the weekend by a host and hostess whom none of them have ever met.

Little do any of them realize that something sinister lurks on the island, upon which stands a solitary house where two servants await.

Guests arrive and the boat departs, marooning the group and leaving them to discover that there has, in fact, been a very deadly plot that has spawned their invitations for the weekend!
